Welcome to our website. Thank you for visiting our website. The terms, conditions, and notices contained herein constitute a legally binding agreement between Anna Mariya Borodina ( Doctor_AMB ) and its users. You are requested to go through these terms and conditions carefully before using any part of our website or our services. By browsing our website or using our services, you agree that you have read and understood all the terms of use.

Appointment Booking

  • You can book your appointment online to get an extra 5% off of the total treatment cost. Please use the contact us form on our website to schedule your appointment.
  • A deposit of 20% of the total value of the scheduled treatment is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited to the total cost of the treatment on the day. It can also be carried over as the deposit for your next appointment.
  • We require a credit card to be saved on file to book your appointment.
  • You can also call us directly and book your seat. Walk-ins are always welcome.

Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy

Our goal is to provide exceptional quality treatment and services to all our clients in a timely manner. When an appointment is scheduled, a block of our provider’s time has been reserved and set aside for you. As you know, our providers are the best in the business and in high demand, so we want to make sure all of our valued clients have the opportunity to get in to see them.
We understand your time is valuable and so are your commitments. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers but our other clients as well. As such, we ask that you make a commitment to us to keep your appointments in a timely manner as they are scheduled.

CANCELLATIONS

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected circumstances can occur, requiring schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice. Before scheduled appointment time" after the 24 hour cancelation rule. Any cancellation or rescheduling made in less then 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation fee. With challenging times and the health and safety of our clients the #1 Priority, we will, of course, work with you if you need to cancel for any urgent or health matters.
Please speak with a staff member, as a voicemail or text can’t guarantee that we will receive notice in time to notify another client on our waitlist of availability.

LATE ARRIVALS

Appointments are scheduled based on the amount of time needed to perform your specific service. In some cases, your tardiness may prevent us from completing the treatment or service without haste. Because we want to deliver the absolute best care,certain procedures may need to be rescheduled depending on your arrival time. Once a client is 15 minutes or more late for their appointment, they will be recorded as a no-show as there will not be enough time to complete their treatment or procedure safely.

REFUND POLICY

We understand things happen. Prepaid treatments and packages are non-refundable 30 days after they are purchased, except as otherwise required by law or provided below. If you are not able to use all or some unrendered, prepaid treatments, credit may be offered toward other Anna Mariya services or products. If a refund for unrendered,prepaid treatments is requested within 30 days of the purchase, a refund to the original payment method may be offered. Unopened products may be exchanged for alternative products within 14 days of purchase.
